BULGUR

Bulgur is a cereal mainly made from durum wheat. The grains are steamed or boiled, dried, and then cracked into various sizes, from fine to coarse; this makes it quicker to prepare than simply milled wheat.

There are different varieties: yellow, brown, and whole grain.
