WHOLE YELLOW HULLED LENTILS

Whole dehulled yellow lentils, also referred to as Football in some commercial contexts, are obtained by dehulling green lentils. Depending on the required size, the Eston, Richlea or Laird varieties are selected. The lentils are then stripped of their outer skin. The term “Football” refers to their slightly convex and uniform shape.
